Some shots taken during a Basic Surgery Skills workshop for undergraduate medical students at St. George’s University of London (SGUL). Students were introduced to the basics of stitching on slabs of animal skin while being observed by surgeons. It was an interesting shoot,getting the looks of sheer concentration and occasionally frustration on the students’ faces as they got to grips with the task.
