This was my second time covering St. George’s University of London (SGUL) annual Education Day. I enjoy covering long events such as these as there is usually plenty of variety in the day, and you’re able to move from large group lectures, to smaller plenary sessions and workshops to poster presentations. There was a good mix in the audience as academic staff were also joined by students along with other delegates. You can get some really effective shots as delegates are usually too absorbed in lectures, debating and discussing with other colleagues or putting their point across in a presentation to notice the photographer!
