
I recently visited Bull in a China Shop in Shoreditch, for a Time Out “bar of the week” shoot. As a relatively new bar, they’ve already made quite an impact with their unique take on a bar diner… rare whiskies, inventive cocktails and whisky glazed rotisserie chicken! It was the first time I’d ever been to a whisky chicken joint (are there any others in London?!), but judging by the gleeful faces on those drinking and dining it seems to be a winning combination. For those less accustomed with their whisky, the bar staff were full of helpful pointers about cocktails to give a go, and those ordering a shot of whisky were treated to an ice cube carving show.
