
These portraits were taken as part of an internal promotion campaign at St. George’s University of London (SGUL) to promote “Women in Science” along with Athena Swan. The brief was to try and shoot the subjects, where possible, in their natural habitat, either tutoring, leading training, lecturing or in the lab. As there were a lot of portraits to get through some shots were improvised in their offices. I’ve included my favourite shots below, and where some may already feature in my portraits section, I’ve gone for an alternate take for the purposes of this post.
